Inclusions

1. 24 hour on call assistance during your stay.
2. Accommodation on twin sharing basis in hotels mentioned.
3. CP (Breakfast) at Respective Hotel.
4. All transfers & sightseeing by 01 A/C Private Car.
5. Port Blair – Havelock Island – Neil Island - Port Blair by Private Cruise (Makruzz / Green Ocean / Sea ways).
6. Entry Tickets, Permit Fees, Boat/ Ferry Tickets, to visit all the places of sightseeing is inclusive in the package cost.
7. Assistance at all arrival and departure point.

Exclusions

1. Domestic / International air fare and ship fare.
2. Lunch & Dinner is not inclusive in the package.
3. Tipping and portage payable to the driver, bellboy, room service or waiter.
4. Any expense of personal nature like telephone bills, laundry bills, mini bar, etc.
5. Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary
6. Medical and travel insurance.
7. Camera Tickets are not included in the Packages & has to be borne by the guests directly at the various places of sightseeing & tour.
8. Fun/Joy rides at Water Sports Complex.
9. Optional activities such as Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, and Jolly ride etc.
10. Expenses occurred due to bad weather, Flight or ferry cancellation, strike or any political unrest to be paid by guest (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot)

Payment Policy

1. All the payments must be cleared as per the Cut off dates in sun a manner that 50 % is cleared at the time of Conformation and Balance 50% write on the Day of Arrival. In case of any Bank holiday the payment must be made before the arrival Date.
2. Booking done with in the 30 days of Arrival date will be conformed by Paying 100 % Payment.

Cancellation Policy

1. 90% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
2. 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
3. No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
4. No refund for cancellation received in between 10 Dec to 20 Jan.

Weather Policy

Being an Island surrounded by Sea, the Wind direction plays an important role in the weather of Andaman Islands. And the Islands are susceptible to cyclonic Conditions at least twice in a year, especially in the last week of November and the First Week of December. Hence cancellation of sightseeing trips or the Complete Tour will be dealt in a following Manner.

1. We at Acquaint Andaman believe in Safety and hassle free moment of Guest, and until and unless we feel we are comfortable enough to conduct a tour we will not recommend it to the guest weather some body else is doing or not doing. In case the guests insist to do the same we will not take the responsibility for the same. And will inform the agent accordingly.
2. Some time all of sudden due to high wind condition or high wave condition, just on the day of the tour like the trip to North Bay Coral Island, Ross Island, Elephant Beach the Boats Operations are Cancelled by respective Controllers, In such cases its very difficult to arrange alternate options in blink of seconds, even we are not prepared for the respective transfers at that very moment, hence we will take some half an hour to one hour to get back with alternative options and transfers. We will require the corporation of guest during such times to plan the alternatives.
3. If we feel it’s not appropriate to continue the Tour we may ask the guest to cancel the Tour and not to continue further.
4. Every hotel have defined Cancellation Policy, we will adhere to the same in case of Cancellation.
5. With regard to the transportation, entry and monument charges, and other supplement if any we will pay Complete Refund for the same. But for the hotel part until and unless the hotels pay back we will not refund the amount.
