Our representative will receive you at Veer Savarkar Airport, Port Blair and will escort to the hotel, he will also assist you to do hotel check-in formalities. Relax for some time at your hotel property and have lunch (at direct payment basis). Late afternoon, we proceed to Carbyn's Cove Beach & Cellular Jail and also see the Light and Sound Program at Cellular Jail where the legend of the freedom struggle brought alive. Overnight stay at Port Blair. Cellular Jail: After lunch visit the famous Cellular Jail has a pride of place in India’s freedom struggle. Many a stalwart were imprisoned here. The three storey prison has been declared a national memorial, constructed by Britishers in 1906 and is a pilgrimage destination for freedom fighters. This colossal edifice has mutely witnessed the most treacherous of inhumane atrocities borne by the convicts, who were mostly freedom fighters Andaman is known for its beaches, and in the evening you will be taken to one of the most fun beaches in the islands Corbyn Cove’s beach - Located 8 km away from Port Blair, Corbyn's Cove beach, fringed by swaying palm trees, is famous for its sparkling blue water. The amazing view of the beach against the emerald water is simply breathtaking and refreshing. Apart from its surreal beauty, the island offers various water adventures like water scooter, jet skiing, and boating. Around the beach, there are many restaurants, serving delightful cuisine. Light and Sound show at Cellular Jail - In the evening proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at the Cellular Jail – the saga of countless martyrs of the Indian independence struggle. The show conducted in the premises of Cellular Jail, gives us a brief idea about the happenings in the jail prior to India's independence. Return to your hotel for comfortable overnight stay. Note: Incase Light and Sound show at Cellular Jail is called-off due to weather and maintenance conditions, efforts will be made to arrange for alternate sightseeing and also to arrange for the show at some other time during the itinerary, only if time permits.
Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Island (Ross Island): It was originally named after Captain Daniel Ross is a tiny island that is located in the south Andaman District, Port Blair. It is just five kilometers from the Water Sports Complex. It is one of the easiest inter-islands to visit during your trip to the Andaman Islands. When most of the tourist spots in Andamans are popular for beaches, Ross Island is known for its history as well. First occupied in 1782, a sanatorium was built on the island. Britishers used it as an administrative headquarters for a total of 85 years. Various important government offices were made by them on this penal settlement during this time. But after an earthquake in 1941, these were abandoned. North Bay Island : From Water Sports complex in a boat to see under- water marine life and varieties of corals at North Bay (Snorkeling and Glass Bottom at extra cost). North Bay Beach is not just a place for relaxation but is also a hub for water sports. It includes glass boat rides; sea walking, snorkeling and scuba diving that help you experience the underwater marine life. A visit to North Bay Island can consume about half of your day. It is advisable to carry something to munch on, though snacks (a few run-of-the-mill Chinese dishes and pakoras) and beverages (tea and coffee) are available on the beach.
Our representative will receive you at hotel in Port Blair & escort you to the harbour to start our journey towards Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island) via ferry from Port Blair harbour. On arrival at Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island).After we Reach Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island) we proceed to Beach No. 7 (Radhanagar Beach) rated as the Best Beach in Asia by Time Magazine. Watch a mesmerizing sunset on Beach No.7 before returning back to your hotel to relax and unwind. Overnight at Havelock. Radhanagar Beach: This beach is situated on the south coast of Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island) and lined with lush Coconut trees, Radhanagar beach is one of the most popular beaches of Andaman due to its pristine white sand and crystal clear waters. While here, one could either relax on the silky sand flanking the turquoise blue water. The beach has various cafes where you can relish from local to global snacks. With its mesmerizing sunsets and sunrises, this beach is a must visit for all beach lovers. Note:If morning Ferry the guests will be given packed breakfast so they dont stay hungry for a long time, they can enjoy it during the Ferry ride or while waiting for the Ferry.
Enjoy your breakfast at the Resort. Get transferred to the jetty for the ferry to Port Blair. Upon arrival in Port Blair check-in to the hotel where you can have lunch (at direct payment basis). Then we would head to Chidiya Tapu.
After breakfast at hotel, Check-out and transfer to the Port Blair airport. This marks the culmination of a memorable trip to one of India’s natural wonders – the Andaman Islands. Tour Ends.
Being an Island surrounded by Sea, the Wind direction plays an important role in the weather of Andaman Islands. And the Islands are susceptible to cyclonic Conditions at least twice in a year, especially in the last week of November and the First Week of December. only Airtel, BSNL works in every tourist place here in andamans, JIO only works in Port Blair as of now.
Since internet is not accessible in most remote tourist locations, carrying cash is recommended.
